Account Creation and Security Responsibilities

Each user is permitted to hold one account only on the 126 platform. Creating duplicate accounts, using a false identity, or providing misleading information constitutes a serious breach of these terms and may result in the immediate termination of all associated accounts along with forfeiture of any existing balances. Upon registration, you are required to provide your full name, an active email address, a valid Malaysian phone number, and any other information requested by 126 from time to time.

You are solely responsible for keeping your account password confidential. 126 will never ask for your password via email, live chat, or any other communication channel. If you suspect your account has been accessed without authorisation, you must notify our support team immediately at [email protected]. 126 is not liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access resulting from your failure to safeguard your login credentials. You are also advised to enable two-factor authentication for added security.

Account Policy, Changes to Terms and Applicable Law

126 reserves the right to suspend or close a user's account with or without prior notice in the event of a breach of these terms, suspected fraudulent activity, or for legitimate security reasons. In cases where an account is closed due to proven fraud, 126 reserves the right to forfeit all balances in that account.
